  • We collect the mobile number during signup for authentication and account management.
  • The email address, if provided, will be used for marketing and communication purposes only.

4. Payment

  • Users can purchase Lucky Pot Food via Online Banking, Touch ‘n Go, or the built-in wallet top-up feature within the app.
  • The wallet balance can be used for online orders or in-store QR code payments for convenience.
  • All transaction records are displayed within the app for users to review their purchase history.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to us immediately.

App Delete Account Policy

1. Account Deletion Request

Upon account deletion, all user data, including personal information and eSIM plan history, will be permanently removed from our servers.

4. Final Confirmation

Once your account has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team.

5. Re-registration

After account deletion, users may re-register by signing up again if they wish to use the app in the future.
